Reflexology is a scientific proven technique that has been practiced since Ancient and Biblical times.

 It deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs and parts of the body by a unique method of using the thumb and fingers with specific techniques that work these reflex areas in a particular way to produce a specific outcome.

Foot washings and oil rubs to the feet were (and still are) very common in Eqyptian and Asian culture......Talk about knowing "the secret".....well, here's another possibility when it comes to your health

Relaxation of the body for relief of stress and tension, improve blood supply, promote the unblocking of nerve impulses and to help nature achieve homeostasis (balance).
